Are you planning a temporary cultural project and still need financial support?
Then we can help you turn your idea into reality!

To receive funding from us, you must meet the following conditions:

• The project must be a cultural or social enrichment for students.
• The project team must consist mainly of students enrolled at the University of Mainz, Mainz University of Applied Sciences, or Bingen University of Applied Sciences.
• You must belong to an active student group, such as a student association, a registered university group of the AStA (student union), or similar, and provide proof of this.

We support, for example, concerts, pub quiz events, theater projects, student radio stations, dance events, country evenings, readings, slams, debate competitions, game nights, cinema events, and festivals.

Party political, religious, study-related, or professional projects, as well as events aimed at making a profit, are excluded from funding. Film productions are also excluded.

• Fill out the online application form
• Send the required documents* via Download-Link (e.g. Seafile) to kulturfonds@studierendenwerk-mainz.de
