MEANINGFUL & MEANINGFUL WORK
We accompany students through their studies to a successful degree: whether through food, coffee and drinks on campus, financial support, networking with other students, childcare for the free space of student parents or a roof over their heads in a hall of residence. We take care of students' basic needs and everything that does not directly affect the content of their studies. The interaction between the various departments and areas, the networking of our services and thinking for the students unites us in this common goal. Whether as service staff or department heads, we all pull together.

This is also reflected in our organizational form, as we are a non-profit organization: as an institution under public law, we are both part of the public sector and a non-profit organization, and we belong to the Paritätischen Wohnfahrtsverband. With our work, we fulfill a legal mandate that is laid down in the Higher Education Act.

CATERING FOR STUDENTS & UNIVERSITY MEMBERS
We have a strong team of cooks, kitchen assistants, sales assistants, logistics, technology, maintenance, purchasing and catering staff. Here I can work in gastronomy and have weekends and evenings off! Our restaurants are open during the day and week. On public holidays, between the years and at weekends, all establishments are closed and our employees have time off. Working with heart and discretion is a matter of course for you? Working well together is important to us. That's why we are looking for staff who want to treat each other with respect. In our canteens and cafés, with food trucks and mini canteens, we serve thousands of students and university employees every day. Variety is guaranteed!

CAMPUS-KITAS
Development is a top priority in our daycare centers directly on campus: The teams at Montessori Kinderhaus Sprösslinge and Kita Campulino work with clear concepts, respectful interaction and excellent facilities.
Our recipe for success? Co-determination! When colleagues get involved in the multi-professional teams, everyone wins:
the children and the staff!
