The childminder is sick or the exam is after the customary day care times? Even if child care has been perfectly organized, there are situations in which care bottlenecks happen and parents require reliable care for their child(ren) at short notice.
What is there to do when the semester starts in October and the child’s place in day care does not start until December? Or the new job starts in June and the kindergarten year, however, starts in August?
