As part of our colorful and vibrant region, you have the opportunity to pass on your knowledge and experience as an arrival assistant. As an arrival guide, you can make a decisive contribution to ensuring that newcomers have a smooth start to their studies in Mainz. Your friendliness and helpfulness will make a real difference in the lives of the newbies.
Arrivals tend to pile up at the beginning of each month in the first days to first weeks of the following months - February, March, April & August, September, October.
We usually receive registrations at short notice, so we usually call you to see if it suits you. Some new arrivals would like their key to be collected from the hall of residence in advance (with a power of attorney). You will find out when we match you.
