Finally summer, finally asparagus time in the Zentralmensa

Dear guests,
with the early summer also comes the asparagus season to Rheinhessen. Therefore, from 12.06.2023 to 15.06.2023 our asparagus week of this year will take place in the central canteen. Look forward to fresh asparagus in delicious and refined variations:
Our chefs will prepare the following asparagus specialties for you this week:
- Monday: Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce
- Tuesday: Roasted chicken breast with asparagus
- Wednesday: Asparagus and potato ragout
- Thursday: Asparagus with blood orange hollandaise sauce

For our guests at the TH Bingen we offer fried chicken breast with asparagus in the Mensa Bingen also on June 13 and on June 14 the asparagus-potato ragout.
