How to report damages in the dormitory

For the Binger Schlag, Inter II, K3, Münchfeld, Oberstadt, Wallstraße and Weisenau dormitories, you can report damages to your apartment, shared flat or other rooms in the dormitory quickly and easily online in three simple steps.

Go directly to the tenant portal and follow the explanations below.
Alternatively, you can also access the rental portal from the StudiwerkMainz App to report damage.

All other residents should continue to use the paper report forms at the Hausmeister Office.

Select your current contract for the room or apartment for which you want to report the damage.

Please provide all the details so that we can repair the damage as quickly as possible.
Important: Please also give us permission to enter your apartment. This is the only way we can repair damage quickly and easily.
