we would like to invite you to a culinary journey in the Central Dining Hall! From 06.11.2023 to 10.11.2023 we proudly present our "French Week" with a fine selection of specialties from the most beautiful regions of the Grande Nation.

Each day of the week, a new delicious creation awaits you:

Monday: "Coq au vin blanc", chicken breast in white wine with herbed rice.
Tuesday: Leg of lamb "Provencal style" served with potato gratin
Wednesday: Chicken breast au gratin "Alsatian style" with rosemary potatoes
Thursday: "Fondant de boeuf au pain d'epices" - beef with burgundy and gingerbread
Friday: French style fish pan with vegetable rice

And fresh from the pan every day: Alsatian cabbage noodles to offer you an authentic taste experience.

You want to enjoy the French cuisine in a suitable ambience? Visit the French table in the central cafeteria at lunchtime and chat in French with other guests and friends of French culture and lifestyle.
